GUY HARVEY OCEAN FUND

Our Statement: Victory Tailgate is committed to promoting environmental conservation for current and future generations. Through our partnership with Guy Harvey we contribute directly to the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation by donating a portion of sales from Guy Harvey branded directly to the Guy Harvey Ocean Fund.
Affiliation Statement: The Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation funds inspired scientific research and innovative educational programs to encourage ocean conservation and best management practices for sustainable marine environments. The Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation will help ensure that future generation can enjoy and benefit from a naturally balance marine ecosystem where fish and other wildlife flourish.

OPERATION HAT TRICK

Our Statement: Victory Tailgate has partnered with Operation Hat Trick to help support the recovery of America’s wounded warriors through the creation of a unique Operation Hat Trick product line. A portion of sales from any Victory Tailgate Operation Hat Trick product sold is donated back to the Operation Hat Trick fund.
Affiliation Statement: Operation Hat Trick generates awareness, support, and funding for the recovery of America’s wounded warriors, both active service members and veterans. OHT pursues these goals through the sale of OHT branded merchandise, proceeds of which are distributed to selected organizations that provide direct services to our wounded warriors.

CREATE JOBS FOR USA

Our Statement: Victory Tailgate is proud to have over 140 US based employees that produce our high quality Made in America products. All of our employees are paid above minimum wage and are offered benefit options such as healthcare and retirement services. In addition to creating and providing US based employment opportunities, Victory Tailgate contributes and supports Create Jobs for USA, a part of the Opportunity Finance Network.
Affiliation Statement: The Create Jobs for USA Fund was initially seeded with a $5 million contribution from the Starbucks Foundation. Since its beginning, Create Jobs for USA Fund has raised $15 million, supported $105 million in financing to community business, and created and retained 5,000 jobs. The Fund is supported through donations from individual Americans as well as corporations and other institutions such as Citi Community Development, the Citi Foundation, Google Offers, Banana Republic, and more.

Our Statement: Victory Tailgate partners with several not for profit and government affiliated organizations such as Employ Florida Marketplace and Two 6 Resources Inc. to help create job opportunities that support the economy.
Certified English as a Foreign Language Classes
Our Statement: Victory Tailgate offers optional free English classes for all employees through contracted professors that are officially certified for Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
