    Victory Tailgate Return Policy & Product Warranties

    Sale and terms of service:

    Each shipment received must be inspected within seven (7) days of the arrival date for missing or damaged items.

    Custom items are non-refundable, we provide a proof of your order to approve before production begins. Please note some computer monitors may display the colors slightly different but that the proof we provide is an accurate representation.

    For the Pop-up Bar, if a customer wishes to return an item without defective parts, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to the California warehouse address on the packing slip. The goods will then be inspected and the customer will be provided with an inspection report and credit memo based on the findings.

    Cancellation Fee:

    The order will be subject to a cancellation fee if production has already begun.

    Victory’s warranty policy:

    Victory warrants its products for a period of ninety (90) days against any defects.

    The customer must provide verification of defective product with a picture emailed to Customer Service for verification. Customers are only applicable to receive one replacement item during this warranty period.

    The pop-up bar comes with a 1-year warranty on all parts. In order to file a claim, please send an email with photos to where we will evaluate the claim.

    Please note, inspections of product must take place BEFORE any after market alterations are made. Any alternations will void the warranty. (Such as staining, adding decals or painting etc.)

    Return Policy:

    Any item that is received incorrectly or defective will require picture verification before the return process is started within the 90 day warranty period.

    Just don’t like it? Want to return?

    The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and will be subject to a restocking fee for the item. Custom items are non-refundable.


    Want to exchange for a different size? Or ordered the wrong team? Not a problem, we request the customer ship the product back to us and pay the return shipping of the new item. If there is a price difference we will collect that up front before shipping the new item. There will also be a restocking fee applied.
